As co-founder and Managing Director of Seamless Group, Jack plays a pivotal role in both the strategic direction of the business and its day to day operations. He also serves as Head Electrician and Site Supervisor, leading the boots on the ground teams while ensuring every project meets strict compliance requirements and consistently high workmanship standards.

Jack’s extensive background across the electrical space has given him a deep understanding of complex systems, site coordination, and risk management. His hands on leadership on site ensures works remain on track, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised. He is known for his practical problem solving ability, clear communication, and strong presence on site, making him a trusted point of contact for trades, clients, and stakeholders alike.

In 2022, Jack co-founded Seamless Group alongside Thomas Muscat, with both stepping into joint Managing Director roles. Thomas Muscat is a highly experienced building industry professional with a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliable advice, and long term solutions. With more than a decade in the trade, Thomas specialises in plumbing as well as heating and cooling systems, giving him a well rounded skill set that supports both day to day maintenance and more complex repair and restoration work.

As a registered plumber with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Thomas brings not only hands on capability, but also a clear understanding of compliance, safety, and best practice standards. Over the years, he has worked across a broad range of residential and building related projects, developing the practical knowledge needed to diagnose issues quickly, communicate options clearly, and deliver outcomes that are built to last. His approach is grounded in doing things properly the first time whether it’s a straightforward repair, a system upgrade, or coordinating works that require careful planning and scheduling.

In 2022, Thomas co founded the business alongside Jack Skewes, the other Managing Director. That step was the result of years spent learning what customers and stakeholders value most: responsiveness, transparency, and tradespeople who take ownership of the outcome. Since launching the business, Thomas has been central to building the operational foundations that support consistent service delivery, strong processes, reliable workmanship standards, and a customer experience that prioritises clear expectations and follow through.

Josh Ascui brings over 15 years of experience across leadership, operations, and business management, with a strong background in the building industry. His career spans both on-site trade roles and senior office-based positions, giving him a well-rounded perspective on how successful construction and services businesses operate from the ground up.

With previous experience in operations management and state management roles, Josh has developed a deep understanding of process improvement, compliance, and strategic growth. He is highly skilled in identifying inefficiencies, implementing structured systems, and streamlining operations to improve performance, accountability, and revenue. His ability to bridge the gap between site-based teams and office operations allows for smoother workflows and clearer communication across all levels of a business.

Josh joined Seamless Group in October 2025 as General Manager, bringing a strong focus on strengthening the company’s internal structure and long-term growth strategy. Since coming on board, he has played a key role in expanding clientele, improving and standardising processes, enhancing compliance frameworks, and lifting reporting and operational standards. His contribution has supported the business in building scalable systems that allow for consistent service delivery while maintaining high quality and compliance expectations.
